So, hi there.  How you all doing?  I’m Rene.  I promise I won’t bite hard, or even that often, but that’s just my nature.  If you want to get on my good side, keep an open mind about games, and gaming, and…other games, and such.  Debating what makes a game a quote-unquote “classic” is always a good topic of discussion with me, or figuring out where a term comes from, like “Metroidvania.”

Anyways, I may say things from time to time that will rub you the wrong way, but it’ll feel oh so right, because I use logic and facts to back it up, though if I’m wrong, I will admit to it because no one is infallible, or at least so I’ve heard.
